Today, we use the .NET name for x64, x64, and the Linux name for ARM64, aarch64, for our RPM installers. We should unify on either the Linux naming (amd64 or x86_64 and aarch64) or the .NET naming (x64/arm64) for the linux installer files.

I'd prefer we moved to the Linux names on all platforms.
