Push Notification Icon Badge Count Not Updating when app kill or in background

How to automatically increase the Badge Icon when the App is killed or in the background ?
My code always increase the Badge while in the Foreground.

@Ducvu1996 I have similar question, how to update the badge count when the app is in the backround. Did you find any solution for this?
