I have question regarding the CLR runtime. In Maui .Net 10, is it still based on mono runtime or CoreCLR runtime?

Depends on the platform. Desktop is CoreCLR. Android is mono, iOS I think is CoreCLR.

afaik .NET iOS is using Mono AOT

If you look at Native AOT doc it's still comparing Mono to newest runtime NativeAOT
