Environment Details:

Application Name: .NET 9 template tests that include some 3rd party controls
OS: iOS
Model Name: iPhone 15
iOS version: 18.5

Repro Steps:

1. Open "Developer balance" app.
2. "Home Screen" will open.
3. Swipe till any created project or task and tap on it to open.
4. Close the project or task.
5. Observe that the app reloads data every time a project or task is opened. Actions cannot be performed unless the app is restarted.

Actual Result:

The app reloads data every time a project or task is opened. Actions cannot be performed unless the app is restarted.

Expected Result:

The app should load project/task data once and allow users to perform actions without requiring a restart.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.102.1 with MAUI versions 9.0.0 & 9.0.90. It can be reproduced on the iOS platform.
