[Android] StatusBar color not reset when switching tabs with different HasNavigationBar values

Description

On Android, when switching between tabs that use different HasNavigationBar values, the StatusBar color is not reset correctly. After navigating from a tab with HasNavigationBar="true" to tabs with HasNavigationBar="false", the StatusBar color from the previous tab is still applied.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample. Sample.zip
2. Observe StatusBar on Tab1
3. Switch to Tab5 - the NavigationBar becomes visible
4. Switch back to Tab1
5. Notice that the StatusBar color from Tab4 is still retained.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.108.0 with MAUI versions 10.0.0 and 10.0.20. It can be reproducible on Android using a Pixel 8 (API 36) emulator.
