Unable to clone

On Win 11, using Powershell, getting the following error when attempting to clone from scratch:

[huoyaoyuan]

You need to enable long path as described in https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/blob/main/docs/workflow/requirements/windows-requirements.md#enable-long-paths .
