The npoi package conflicts with the Magicodes.IE package #561

Expected behaviour
Symptom After upgrading npoi to 2.7.0, a message indicating Method not found is displayed when I export excel using Magicodes.IE: 'System. IO. MemoryStream Microsoft. IO. RecyclableMemoryStreamManager. GetStream (System. String)'. That will be npoi package export function recovery after degradation
