I dont get premarket change data, market change data, volume at time of market open.

Hello all,

I am new to github and would like to ask a question about Ticker.price(). It works later in the day, but doesn't work at the time the market opens. Is there some sort of delay associated with these requests?

I also have a problem with Ticker.history() for the date I am running it . I only get a data frame with the current minute that it was getting called. In this example I tried getting volume data and called the function at 9:45.

If I run it after I get off of work 4-5ish I get all the all the values I need for both function calls.
