Historical theatre name/location changes

This is a thorny topic - need to cope with location move (but remaining the same conceptual thing), name change (the New Theatre Oxford was the Apollo for many years), and many other variations. Before you even mention different stages within a theatre.

I have added both stage support with place parent/child relationships, e.g. https://theatricalia.com/place/qn/the-door (one stage of the Birmingham Rep) in 248ba3e, and other (previous) name support e.g. https://theatricalia.com/place/w/noel-coward-theatre-london - other names should appear in search/autocomplete - in 0a01ec8. This covers many scenarios above, not sure about all.
