Issue with Sublime Text 4 and PHP

As you can see in the attached screenshot, I'm getting some really odd syntax highlighting in my PHP files specifically on the namespace and use statements. Everything else appears fine.

Is there a config/setting that I am missing, or is this an unintentional bug?
