In branch v32_test, there's a new v32 firmware, which includes a new runt trigger capability.
See the video here...

The runt trigger will only trigger if the signal passes the usual edge trigger, but does NOT also exceed the runt threshold within the ToT (time over threshold) value. This is good for triggering on unusual things in signals like malformed pulses, glitches, etc. As you can see in this example below, the signal is triggered on only for a small pulse within the noise signal.
The runt threshold is set by the "Runt delta" setting in the trigger options panel, along with ToT. The runt threshold is:
trigger threshold + trigger delta + runt delta
There are now orange lines drawn (with triangles) at the position of the runt threshold, and at the ToT time (which is relative to the trigger time). The trigger delta threshold is now also shown in white. If you have trigger holdoff enabled, you'll also see an orange line with triangles for that.
Also just added a new feature for the zoom window view. There is now a synchronized yellow crosshair showing where the mouse is pointing the zoom window <--> main window. Can be enabled/disabled in the Cursors menu. It's on by default.
