Scripted APIs with Service Definition do not appear in API Docs

If a scripted service attaches a json/yaml api spec, it does get attached because in Roles you can see the endpoints available, but the API Docs tab does not populate with the documentation.

I've only confirmed this for scripted APIs but I'd assume this is the case for HTTP APIs with an openapi spec as well.
