Because a lot of traffic hitting drips.network will be for Filecoin RGPF 2, we should have a little banner on the page that "announces" the new filecoin deployment and links straight to the new Filecoin explore page.

It doesn't look good up there. If you're worried about visibility you could fix it to the bottom of the screen.
