Issue downloading updated playlists

When downloading curated playlists that have been previously downloaded, Manzana would seemingly skip new tracks since the last download unless the cache folder was cleared.

Would be great to see this behavior corrected in a future version.

Note: this was before Manzana stopped working.

@zerofoxfive Yeah, Manzana uses the previous cache even for playlists. I'll fix it. Until then, Manzana has been fixed for usual use.
