Most trailer downloads result in PermissionError

Hi,
I've tried multiple trailer downloads and more often than not once they start downloading a segment of the trailer will download before freezing on the first completed download

Nothing will progress, so when I cancel the command by pressing 'CTRL+C' i get the full output

I tried downloading an older trailer in 'Iron Man' but both 'The Brutalist' and '28 Years Later' resulted in this odd issue. I tried clearing out the 'temp' folder prior which didn't result in any change. The error reads like it's still writing to the file as it's trying to alter it
