Hidden players should not affect observer slots #139

Hidden players (#137, https://github.com/drweissbrot/cs-hud/blob/84691c37cc1e57d5e70de10ca55577dc2193668d/docs/hiding-players.md) still affect the observer slots (because they're still reported by the game).
We should add an option to adjust the observer slots, so that the real player still use the usual 1-5 and 6-0.

Should be opt-in, as it has the potential to break observing keybinds.
