[New wake word] "Hey computer"

I want a new wake word that's "Hey computer"
I've noticed that there was a similar issue That requested just "computer" Which obviously would have some false positives
But "Hey computer" is much less likely to accidentally be triggered

I have speech problems and trying to pronounce the existing wake words would lead to a lot of false negatives
