Special handling of specific files

There are files which need special treatment because we have removed them or changed them in a way we don't want to sync with upstream anymore. Issue #24 covers one of these cases. Here is a list of more cases we need to cover:

• Remove doc/assets-attribution.md (Cleanup developer docs unit-e#646)
• Remove INSTALL.md (Adapt to Unit-e naming unit-e#698)
• Check that contrib/README.md and depends/README.md are properly substituted when the new naming is adopted in clonemachine (Cleanup developer docs unit-e#646)
• Remove contrib/debian and contrib/rpm (Remove Linux packaging files unit-e#737)

Remove doc/assets-attribution.md (dtr-org/unit-e#646)

This needs to be added to .clonemachine

Remove INSTALL.md (dtr-org/unit-e#698)

This needs to be added to .clonemachine

Check that contrib/README.md and depends/README.md are properly substituted when the new naming is adopted in clonemachine (dtr-org/unit-e#646)

contrib/README.md is replaced correctly now.

In depends/README.md there are substitutions of Bitcoin to Unit-e, where according to our naming conventions it should be unit-e (lowercase becasue referring to the client implementation). This needs special casing as it's not possible to deduce it from the original file that the client is meant.

Remove contrib/debian and contrib/rpm (dtr-org/unit-e#737)

contrib/debian is on the list of excluded paths for now. With #27 we can handle it properly. contrib/rpm has been removed upstream as well.

One more thing to handle is the removal of the Qt wallet. The files which have been removed as part of that should be added to the clonemachine configuration in .clonemachine.
