Consider web-test-runner with vitest browser mode #617

Hey @muodov,

I recently learned that Vitest introduced a new browser mode: https://vitest.dev/guide/browser/ .

Since the Vite ecosystem is all the fuss nowadays, it got me thinking whether it might be beneficial for this project to adopt it instead of web-test-runner, which feels relatively less popular (I don’t have hard data though).

What do you think, could we benefit from trying it out? As it’s currently experimental, there are some drawbacks, so let me know if you think it might be worth a try even so. I’d prepare a PoC PR in that case :)
