Master option to assign items to preferred slot

Description of feature:
Currently the item set creator in the League Client has a feature where you can choose certain items to be automatically moved to a certain slot upon purchase rather than putting it in the last slot availble, eg Assigning Control Wards to the 3rd slot will move it there even if the 1st slot is empty.
