UP button method

Up button method is doing a full migrate instead of a migrate:up

the goal of this button when created realy was call migrate instead of migrate:up.

Btw, i think it'll be nice to have both actions in different buttons.

I'll let this issue open until the implementation of it.

great, having the wizard is actually quite helpful. I've saved different files for direct access to all my Envs. I've forked it to implement a solution for a sql server and sql db error access response, it will return firewall rules for creation in azure to either given the parameters used in the connection string and the ip returned. btw, I'm also a BR. :)
