Is half-duplex possible between the Agent and MicroROS?

I used two LoRa modules at 38400bps and it didn't work, it even connects with some difficulty but then it doesn't work, from what I saw the XRCE-DDS protocol is full duplex. I would like to know if it is possible to put it in "half duplex" mode?
