Read from SPI

Good afternoon
I ask for advice..
I need to receive data received from a third-party device via SPI.
I have attached a screenshot that shows the transmission and reception of bytes from the Pico Pi to the device, and at the same time the device responds... responses come after each byte transferred.
I ask for advice - how is it possible to read the responses from my device, and let’s output this data in serial?
