This Is due to older having compatability that was solved with latest. Ill
make a fix for this later!

no latest tag. It's not clear to me where the disconnect is because in
templates/filerun/meta.yaml there is a comment to not to include version
numbers.

8.1 and 7.4 are PHP versions. There is no latest version :)
