We could deprecate the command: site:config and make a new robo command site:setup, which:

  • creates a sites/default/settings.local.php - based on sites/example.settings.local.php - TODO: add db connection details with some defaults?
  • create a database (useful for local relaxed permissions)?
  • creates an empty robo.yml
  • creates an empty RoboFile.php

Any other thoughts?
