Unfortunately, the answer is that there is no way, mostly because of two reasons:

  • Allowing them to be properly configurable would require an extra configuration entry for the part which (deliberately) not exposed to the user, i.e. window title and footer content.
  • In general I consider both of those parts useful and hiding them will severely affect usability. And adding an option to hide some/all of them is against this.

So I am afraid this part will remain as is.
