Birt report generated and viewed as DOCX does not display multi line breaks correctly

Am using Eclipse BIRT 4.20.0 and Reporting Tool.
Have created a simple birt report .rptdesign template, which displays 2 fields with multi line data.
Have attached AHR70030.zip file including the rptdesign file , xml and xsd files

The field with 2 line breaks

When report is run and 'view report' selected as DOCX selected, display is as follows, which is not correct
