Describe the bug

I attempted to create a workspace from this repository, which contains a devfile.yaml. While the workspace was successfully created, it used the default devfile instead of the one provided in the repository.

I've tried to revoke GitHub token from the dashboard but without success:

But when I deleted PAT from the dashboard, I was able to start the workspace

I've used the dogfooding instance

Che version

7.92, next (development version)

Steps to reproduce

After deleting an old GitHub PAT I can't reproduce the problem

Expected behavior

workspace should be started with correct devfile

@dkwon17 I was not able to reproduce the problem with a new PAT
