Otterdog default config issue

There seems to be issue with default otterdog config.
Scenario:

otterdog import eclipse-ee4j

and then:
otterdog apply eclipse-ee4j

Applying changes:

Actions are indicated with the following symbols:

  ~ modify

hmm thats a case that was never handled correctly, but did not encounter a lot.
So the default config has the eca check as default status check for a branch protection rule.

After the import you probably have something like that:

  required_status_checks+: [ .... ],

or no value at all for required_status_checks.

You can either disable status checks, if none are defined with requires_status_checks: false or set

  required_status_checks: [ ... ]

or if no status checks are defined:

  required_status_checks: []

to avoid that the setting from the default config gets inherited.

Ideally it should be fixed when running import.
