where is signal_watcher.hpp in v2.95.5?

The last version I used was v2.0.5 , this file exists, but after updating to v2.95.5, the compilation of CycloneDDS reports that it cannot find the header file iceoryx_hoofs/posix_wrapper/signal_watcher.hpp

@luzizheng there was a large refactoring in iceoryx_hoofs and files were moved around. For some time, some of them were outside of iceoryx_hoofs. There is a compatibility include path for the header which were moved around but we did not start with it immediately, so not all of them are in this compatibility layer. You can try to add them and create a PR. A good example how this looks like it iceoryx_hoofs/legacy/include/iceoryx_hoofs/posix_wrapper/signal_handler.hpp. Alternatively, the paths need to be changed in CycloneDDS. The new include path is iox/signal_watcher.

What I'm wondering is why a C++ header is not found. I thought CycloneDDS would only use the C binding.
