Replaced all the places with Accessflag.IDENTITY where Modifier.IDENTITY was used in valhalla

Modifier.isIdentity() was removed by 8376430: [lworld] Remove Modifier.IDENTITY as well, need to be replaced by something like modifiers & ClassFile.ACC_IDENTITY.
