fix(Request): Show open MR to the creator

Description

Currently if a user of userGroup USER is creating a moderation request, the user cannot see the MR in open MR table which should not be the case.
At least the creator should be able to see his/her MR.

Thank you for your interest @kishansinghifs1 . Since it is a priority issue, @Farooq-Fateh-Aftab is already working on it. Can you please look into different issue?
