server: 405 (Method not Allowed) error when opening xml driven timegraph or xy charts

Bug Description:

405 (Method not Allowed) errors returned by trace server when opening xml driven timegraph or xy charts, e.g. Futex Contention Analysis - Scenario view for LTTng Kernel traces. Annotation and style endpoint is affected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open LTTng Kernel trace
2. Open Developer Tools
3. Open `Futex Contention Analysis - Scenarios"

The error console with show those errors.

Notes:

• All XML defined views are affected.
• DataProviderService in server needs updates
• There is also a need to implement the IOutputStyleProvider interface for the DataDrivenTimeGraphProvider / DataDrivenXyProvider in Trace Compass mainline
