add test report artifact for unit test runs

Description

As a TestManager I would like to get an overview of the tests which were executed, which of those run successfully and how the test coverage is for the project

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a report when executing the unit test GitHub workflow
• Provide the report as a artifact of the action
• Post a comment In the PR if the action was triggered by a PR
