Contribute Cofinity-X style navigation bar components

Description

As discussed with open source team, Cofinity-X would like to contribute the current Cofinity-X navigation bar. This comes as a new set of components, modified from the original Tractus-X shared components.

• As a user, I want a concise and intuitive navigation bar, so that I may easily find my way around the portal.

Acceptance Criteria

• [All new components are functional]
• [All new components are tested with no issues in story book]
• [All new components match Cofinity-X styles]
