Tycho 4.0.11 and Junit 5.12

Hi, is it possible tycho 4.0.11 and Junit 5.12 dont work together properly

Many things are possible, at least I don't see an explicit provider for this here:

https://github.com/eclipse-tycho/tycho/tree/main/tycho-surefire

so maybe we need to add support by a new provider bundle here.

The best would be to take for example

https://github.com/eclipse-tycho/tycho/tree/main/tycho-its/projects/surefire.junit59/bundle.test

and provide a new junit512 integration-test to demonstrate the issue.
