Tycho 5 release

We plan to release Tycho 5.

For details of new features and bugfixes, see release notes.

Please help by testing by try out the current tycho snapshot build.

We plan to publish this release end of August unless major regressions are found.

Please be aware that Tycho 4.x becomes EOL with this release! This does not mean there can't be any Tycho 4.x releases or important bugfixes, but these have to be driven by the community or possibly through dedicated support options for Tycho.
