[Camel] Save is required after the file is already saved

In the following screen recording you can see how I'm modifying one step in a camel file.
Once I edit the required fields and save the file using CMD+S(changed file icons disappears), after a few seconds it shows that the file is modified (without changing anything) and I have to save it again.

Desired behaviour is to save the file only once.
