Comparison of 1C products from NASA and EUMETSAT from FCDR from ATMS on SUOMI-NPP satellite

Quick comparison of these two 1C datasets, which may be processed slightly differently. Visually, the two datasets are similar for a particular time slice, though with some visible differences in magnitude:

When plotting a 1D time series, and including the uncertainty (sqrt of sum of 3 different uncertainties^2) available for some bands of the C3S product, it appears the two are different, outside the estimated uncertainty. Summary statistics across more data also seem different.

Currently following up with EUMETSAT to see if these differences are expected/meaningful.

Slight differences are also visible in the sample positions of the datasets in the first two plots.
