Remove code duplication CRPSKernel #809
Description
What maintenance does this project need?
To compute CRPS loss it appears the separate class KernelCRPS is redundand, since KernelCRPS with fair=true is equivalent to AlmostFairKernelCRPS with alpha=1 , and KernelCRPS with fair=false to AlmostFairKernelCRPS with alpha=0.
One option would be to simply make KernelCRPS a child of AlmostFairKernelCRPS translating the keys as mentioned above.
