Update datasets metadata automatically #105
Description
Metadata of datasets in catalogue is not up to date, which is a known bug with a workaround: ecmwf/anemoi-core#465
There is existing functionality for updating datasets metadata in registry, I think --set-recipe (see docs).
If this is run routinely we can prevent users from having these errors when metadata is changed.
