Improve interface of `GroupByParam`

Grouping classes (e.g. GroupByParam) could e.g. have an attribute which allows users of the class to know the keys (and ordering) that fields were grouped by (flagged when adding tests for GroupByParam) – or expose knowledge of the grouping keys.
