notifications for failed integration and system-level tests #84

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the nightly run of the system-level test suite fails, only one user receives a notification. We should improve visibility for this, and perhaps provide an overview together with nightly runs of the integration tests and the benchmark tests in anemoi-training.
