Automatic update the stats for various services #518
Description
Currently we have some hard coded stats on the homepage from packages, repos and other services, would be nice to have those updated automatically on a regualr basis.
Likely requires a couple summary api endpoints in packages.ecosyste.ms and repos.ecosyste.ms to pull from and a cron job to update the figures.
