AlgebraQuoter quotes incorrect for Camelot V3

The currently deployed quoter for Camelot is using an old factory and missing most/all currently used pools because of it.

For the updated factory AlgebraQuoter doesn't produce correct results (in most cases).

After extended testing and reading through the Algebra code, I believe UniV3likeQuoterCore is incompatible with Algebra and deeper modifications are needed.
