- Add Docker-based aarch64 cross-compilation setup similar to edge-impulse-ffi-rs
- Implement model directory pattern: copy models to local model/ directory
- Update build scripts and Docker configuration for consistent model handling
- Add comprehensive documentation and examples for aarch64 builds
- Ensure all examples (including image_infer) build successfully for AArch6
