Support for UTF-16

I don't know if this is a limitation or bug in the editor or the whole plug-in, but specifying `utf-16le` or `utf16-be` results in a warning in the _Error List_ that the value is not support for `charset`. This feature would actually be necessary to properly support _.rc_ and _.rc2_ files in our projects as Visual Studio normally encode them as UTF-16LE.
