If you have 2 splits open and use <c-w><c-w> multiple times to jump between the two splits, the window that specs.vim uses for the highlighting effect blocks all <c-w><c-w presses but the first one. So, if you are on the left split, you can move to the right but then you can't move back to the left quickly with another <c-w><c-w>. You have to wait for the specs.vim effect to finish first, and then <c-w><c-w> will take you back to the left split.
