Just curious, Is there an EPUB javascript toolkit that this reader depends on? I am looking to render epubs on a mobile browser. What libraries do you recommend?

Thorium reader engine is powered by this repo : https://github.com/readium/r2-navigator-js written by @danielweck . It's not really usable outside Thorium.
