Request: POST API Endpoint for creating new Peers

I'm considering building Wireguard into an embedded linux system I manage, but I need a way to programmatically generate new peers on the server side. We've been using this project for managing our manually configured wireguard peers and it's been awesome, but this next rollout needs to be automatable. Is there a recommended way to do this? As a stopgap, would manually adding peers via SSH get picked up in the WebUI?

Hello there! I will try to improve the api to allow at least peer create/delete. I will leave this issue open for now.
